By placing your order with Excessive Industries, LLC you hereby agree to our terms and conditions. They are as follows;

If you place an order, you're committed. Once your order is placed it cannot be canceled. Do not place an order unless you are 100% committed.
By placing an order, you give consent for Excessive Industries, LLC and it's employees to contact you regarding your order and any questions that may pertain to it, by any of the forms of contact you provided during checkout.
Excessive Industries reserves the right to cancel and refund your order at anytime without notice.
Pricing is subject to change at anytime without notice.
Product images may not be an exact representation of product you receive due to changes and updates made during manufacturing.
If a pricing or sale error is made on behalf of Excessive Industries, LLC, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order without notice.
Products are built to order. Typically lead times are 1 - 2 weeks from date of purchase. If you have placed an order during an event, sale or promotional period, expect the lead time to be longer. Contact us prior to placing your order to receive an estimated lead time.

Returns and Refunds

All returns and refunds must be approved by Excessive Industries, LLC prior to moving forward with the process.
Any returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order and product must be unused, and in like new condition.
Returns received with damaged, missing or otherwise unacceptable conditions will be subject to additional fees with the possibility of Excessive Industries, LLC denying your refund.
All refunds will be less original shipping cost accrued by Excessive Industries, LLC and subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Customer is responsible for the full cost of a return shipment, including if a shipment is refused or deemed undeliverable and it is sent back to Excessive Industries, LLC by courier.
Any approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, excluding any additional hold times your bank may apply.

Limitation of Liability

Excessive Industries, LLC shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Excessive Industries, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
